Disclaimer, these are DIY kits they are a 98% Fit to the vehicle's.
All orders are cut per order, you can expect the kit to be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being received and full payment made, please note there is no refund for change off mind or the lack of ability to install them yourself. It is recommended that they be installed by a professional. All templets are off the shelf design, some may not align 100% with the vehicle.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items. This needs to be notified within 14 days after delivery date.
All kits are cut and made specific to each orders variations and model, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered kits.

Refunds
DIY PPF does not offer refunds due to change of mind or kits that are ordered incorrectly.
Please take care when ordering your kits to ensure all variations are correct and you have chosen the right vehicle.
Damaged items and order issues
It is the buyer's responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item/film is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order was received damaged, please email us with:
A clear description of the damage
Supporting photographs of the damage to the item
Clear image of the packaging including shipping label
Clear image of the defect
This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be provided.
All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us with the original packaging. If the original packaging has been disposed of we may be unable to proceed with your claim.
Please note: All kits should be installed within 1 month of purchase date. Due to the nature of Paint Protection Film, it doesn't like to be rolled up tightly for long periods of time and can become damaged. We do not warrant damages that are not reported within 48 hours of receiving the kit.
even though the film is a 5 or 10 year warranted film we (Diy PPF) do not cover this warranty, it is a film manufacturers warranty, as this is a DIY install the warranty is void.
